General Info:

Pools info:

• all pools with salted water
• pool opening hours: 08:30 – 21:00

Pool towels:

We offer 1 towel per guest per stay, Free of charge but with 10.00€ deposit.
When guests return the towel, we refund 10.00€.
In case that the guests wish to have new towels during their stay there is a small charge of 0.50€ per towel.

Wi-Fi connection:

Wi-Fi connection is available in all hotel rooms with extra charge.
We offer Free Wi-Fi connection in the hotel lobby and other public areas like bars & pools.

Animation - Entertainment:

We offer soft animation program (international) 6 days/week

1 person for children and mini club & mini Disco
1 person for sports and activities
1 person for entertainment

Free sports available:

Fitness room, Football court, tennis court, beach volley, table tennis, darts, card tables

Spa & wellness:

All Spa & cosmetic services always with extra charge.

Late checkout service:

The check out time is always at 12:00 max.

 After this point there are some options available:

• The Day Use service: this option gives you the opportunity to extend the use of the room till 18:00 -19:00 max with a small charge of 35.00€
  Please note that there is no cleaning service included, only the extension of the room.
  This service depends on the availability of the day and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
• we also offer a luggage room, a public shower, and of course the possibility to use all hotel facilities till your departure time at no extra cost.

Gluten Free & Lactose free Diet:

We do accommodate guests with Gluten Free & Lactose free diet.

Please mention your wish as a request together with the reservation.

After the arrival in the hotel, we will arrange a meeting with the guests and our maitre of the hotel in order to organize the meals.

There will be no additional charge for this service.

The villas with private pool are located in the top of the hotel and are not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.
